Rum tasting
After the fascinating tour you will return to the Rum House for an unforgettable tasting of our refined Borgoe Aged Rums. See for yourself how our aged rums are a real treat for your taste buds. In the serving room of the Surinaamsch Rumhuis you can enjoy our aged Borgoe rums and learn how the maturation time makes the difference in taste and aromas. An informative and tasteful experience that you don't want to miss
Grand Tour
The tour starts in the museum, where we take you on an exciting journey through the history of our rums and other alcoholic products. From there we move on to the factory and laboratory, where you get a behind-the-scenes look at the production process of our special Borgoe Aged Rums and other delicious spirits.
To complete your experience, we invite you to visit our rum 'gift shop' at the end of the tour, where you can purchase an authentic Surinamese rum or other rum related items to take home. This way you can enjoy this unique and tasteful experience for a long time to come.​

Enjoy a cocktail session with our experienced mixologists as well. Our cocktail workshops are exciting, challenging and fun, each time with a different theme as inspiration for the most delicious cocktails that we create with our own products. From Borgoe rum, also known as 'the Golden Rum' or 'the liquid gold of Suriname', to the newest rum products from SAB.
