Management Assistant

We are looking for a Corporate Secretary department MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT.


Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Providing general advice and support to the Management with regard to corporate matters;

  • Compliance with, and monitoring work procedures as well as administrative procedures, systems and processes within and outside the department and making continuous improvement proposals;

  • Monitoring adequate performance of the Corporate Secretary department, including ensuring adequate agenda management and planning, correspondence, administration, archiving and administering work in progress, incoming and outgoing document flow (digital and on paper);

  • Efficiently and effectively preparing or adding value, monitoring and executing new and existing projects for the internal organization and with external relations;

  • Maintaining, processing, and discussing relevant management information for the Management;

  • Coordinating corporate PR activities as well as providing advice and support for other internal and external PR activities;

  • Developing, carrying out and monitoring projects to improve the services provided by the organization;

  • Developing and coordinating business projects including drawing up policy documents;

  • Preparing, recording, monitoring and following up on the action points arising from meetings of the Management Team, the Supervisory Board and Management and the Annual and Special Meetings of Shareholders;

  • Providing quality advice and proposals to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization and your own department.


The ideal candidate:

  • Has HBO/Academic work and thinking level.

  • Has at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.

  • Has the ability to act strategically, assertively and dynamically.

  • Is able to work accurately, results-, market- and customer-oriented.

  • Has insight and knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.

  • Has the ability to coordinate, direct and constructively consult.

  • Has good reporting skills, interpersonal skills and excellent leadership qualities.

  • Has excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Has an enterprising, service-oriented, honest, reliable, committed and flexible attitude.

  • Has a representative appearance.
